USPS First-Class shipping is included on all US orders $80+ (applies to addresses in the continental U.S. as well as APO, FPO, and all U.S. Military addresses). For all orders below $80, shipping cost is calculated at the checkout by USPS.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. USPS First-Class expected delivery is 5-7 business days thereafter.
All orders are shipped via Chit Chats Express or Trexity when possible. Rates dependent on delivery Province. If the item(s) are unavailable to ship from Canada, they will ship from the USA instead.

International orders are shipped via USPS International or Passport DDP.
USPS shipping prices are carrier-calculated depending on your order quantity and destination.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost on international shipments (unless Passport DDP is chosen as the shipping method). These charges are the customer's responsibility.
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your unused items through the Redo portal, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on merchandise purchased online from the daneson.com Internet site. Returns or exchanges on all merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of the placement of the order if the items are unopened, sealed in original packaging, and in a new condition. After 30 days, returns are ONLY accepted if you have received the wrong item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective.
For all shipments, Daneson Ltd. is not liable for shipments that are lost and or damaged so long as a tracking record indicates the shipment was processed in a postal or courier facility.
When returning or exchanging an item, please refer to Redo.
If the return or exchange is a result of a daneson.com error, shipping costs will be refunded to you by daneson.com. Otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded.
To the extent returned merchandise is in the same condition it was in at the time of delivery, you will receive a credit equivalent to the total cost of the merchandise being returned. We will credit your account as soon as we receive the merchandise and advise you by email.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
